1. Place the incense stick in the included porcelain holder or another heat-safe holder.

2. Light the tip, let it flame briefly, then extinguish and allow it to smolder.

3. Use in a ventilated indoor space.

4. Ideal for reading, tea time, meditation, and short reset rituals.
