Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new product launches, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship primarily within North America.

For shipping to other regions, availability depends on the destination. If you would like to place an order outside North America, please contact us at tengduan02023@gmail.com before ordering.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date at tengduan02023@gmail.com.
